Movement + Health Discovery Session
We are holistic beings and each area of our lives affect the other.
Gaining insight into each of the areas that shape our lifestyle helps to better understand our behavioural drivers and set smarter goals for lasting change and betterment.
This package is ideally delivered over two sessions with your Health Profiling completed in the first session (90 mins) and your Movement Assessment (90 mins) in the following session. However, it can be done in one session for those who prefer.
Heath Profiling
1) A pre-screening form for you to fill out online (15 mins)
2) Health Assessment - Zoom or face to face (45 mins)
This includes taking your measurements (5 mins) so if you are remote it will help if you have someone to take these for you.
The platform then, based on your genetics and epigenetic factors determines your hormonal composition. Knowing this, we can then optimise a lifestyle program for YOUR body and brain. Better still, you will have full access to your personal profile information and lifestyle road map for 1 year, with the option to renew after that.
3) Personal Profile discussion and simple goal setting - 45 mins
Sometimes the gap between what's optimal for your brain & body and your current lifestyle can seem big. This session defines where to make the greatest gain for the least effort as according to your profile and current lifestyle (again, this might surprise you), to set at least one achievable step toward achieving your greater goal, and to help you become familiar with your profile so you can further explore and gain benefit from using your platform with confidence.
Movement Assessment
We’ll look at how you stand and move, identify the resources you already have, and then identify specific goals to work on such as balance in the body, pain management, mobility, strength, conditioning and the ability of your body to work as an efficient whole.
Sessions are run at our home studio in Scarborough or visits to your home or workplace can be accommodated to meet your unique needs. Sessions include movement assessment and run approx. 1.5 hours. Online sessions are now available for remote clients or those in isolation.
Follow up sessions can be booked to:
>familiarise with your Ph360 platform profile information
>provide feedback, guidance and updates on your movement program, and
>set and track clear health and movement goals.
