This workshop is an experience where we take intentional breathing to the next level by delving into the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of breathwork, with an emphasis on 'unlocking' the spine and experiencing the many benefits of breath holds.
Improve your 'window of tolerance' to stress, sink into your back body and find support from, and freedom within your spine!
Greater awareness of, and connecting in with this vertebral, cerebro-spinal body brings peace in body & mind. Experience breathing, visualisation, myofascial movement & massage to heighten your connection to, support from, and ease within the spine in this afternoon retreat.
Attendance at previous workshops is NOT essential, as this is a self-contained workshop providing an explorative, mindful and stimulating experience with exercises you can apply at home, at work or in your movement practice. The emphasis will be on mat-based movement and you are likely to leave energised yet grounded, relaxed but clear-headed, and generally joyful :)
