Confidence that you have the knowledge and skills to guide a woman to move her body safely through this time of great change is key.
This 5 hour MOVEMENT IN PREGNANCY workshop delivers an overview of the unique needs during pregnancy and how to address these needs in a movement training program.
We will discuss the physical changes that occur during the three trimesters and post-pregnancy and learn the types of exercises that can support each stage.
For the teachers, we will also learn how to integrate this knowledge into gentle, yet effective Pilates and Yoga-inspired training programs.
