Why is functional breathing so important for freedom and clarity in our mind and body?
How do you even know if your breath is or isn’t functional?
And if it’s not (the case for many to most of us!), what can we do about it!?
During this 3 1/2 hr afternoon movement workshop we will optimise the breath to improve posture with an emphasis on easing neck and shoulder tension. By gaining awareness of your movement and breathing patterns you will gain tools to be the creator of positive change throughout your entire system.
Movement, self-massage and specific breathing techniques will ignite an explorative, mindful and stimulating experience with tools you can apply at work, home and in your movement practice.
Attendance at previous workshops not required.
