Movement Discovery Session
One on one sessions are all about you.
We’ll look at how you stand and move, identify the resources you already have, and then identify specific goals to work on such as balance in the body, pain management,mobility, strength, conditioning and the ability of your body to work as an efficient whole.
Sessions are run at our home studio in Scarborough or visits to your home or workplace can be accommodated to meet your unique needs. Sessions include movement assessment and run approx. 1.5 hours.
We will contact you within a few days of payment to book in your session to movement freedom!
