Guided breathwork, meditation and community connection @ 7pm to introduce breathing and meditative techniques.
The sessions will:
> encourage you in your daily breath practice
> introduce you to the benefits of an intentional breathwork practice on various aspects of health, wellbeing and performance, AND
> create space to connect with like-minded souls.
Each session we will discuss various aspects of breathwork, uncovering the latest science and ancient philosophy pertaining to the power of the breath.
This is the perfect introduction if you've never (knowingly) tried breathwork but are curious about the myriad of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
These nights are for everyone who is open to a deeper connection to both their own body and mind, as well as to each other.
