Breathing with FREEDOM brings many benefits including more energy better

This workshop is an experience where we take intentional breathing to the next level by delving into the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of breathwork, with an emphasis on the appreciation of the space within and around us, and enjoying the many benefits that come from recognising it.
Improve your 'window of tolerance' to stress, sink into your back body and space in your breath, your body, your reactions, your life!
Attendance at a previous workshop is NOT essential, as this is a self-contained workshop providing an explorative, mindful and stimulating experience with exercises you can apply at home, at work or in your movement practice. The emphasis will be on mat-based movement and you are likely to leave energised yet grounded, relaxed but clear-headed, and generally joyful :)
Light, nourishing refreshments will be provided for an enjoyable afternoon for YOU. And when YOU are nourished, everyone around you also benefits :)
