Inspire your personal breathwork practice this May with 4 x 2 hr sessions where we will explore a variety of breathing fundamentals and techniques.
This is the opportunity to optimise your breathing practice to better align the techniques you use with your goals. Whether it be to boost brain function, increase energy, get better sleep, improve performance and recovery, reduce stress and anxiety, boost your metabolism or improve mental clarity, intuition, creativity & happiness - you will be guided to the breathwork practice that is right for you...at this time!
Some sessions may include movement to support freeing the breath - expanding your breathing (and life!) potential.
(Should you be unable to attend all the sessions, there is the option of making up that session in the next season.
