Pelvic Performance Masterclass - Pregnancy & Injury Recovery
These movement sessions are designed to promote balance and support in and around the pelvis and spine. This particular masterclass has provided great benefit for those who have experienced spinal, pelvic or abdominal injury or restriction, so we keep it open to pregnant ladies and non-pregnant alike!
Whether you're pregnant or trying, have a 'touchy' or stiff lower back, or need more freedom in your hip joints, these sessions are a gentle, yet effective way to create the support your body needs.
If you are pregnant, think of these sessions like a mini getaway or retreat from any worries you're experiencing during your pregnancy. You will connect to your breath (and baby), and move in ways that free your body, incorporating safe challenges to not only help with balance, coordination & posture, also prepare you for the athletic event, that is birthing a child!
Whether your pregnant or recovering from injury, you'll learn safe movements to include in your physical training, which to is key to minimising pain & restriction.
This 2 hour Pelvic Performance masterclass will get your body moving in gentle yet strong ways to support your body no matter what stage of pregnancy (or recovery) you are in.
