Breath Progression Series SEPTEMBER Season

Inspire your personal breathwork practice this August over 7 hours of sessions where we will explore a variety of breathing fundamentals and techniques.
This is the opportunity to optimise your breathing practice to better align the techniques you use with your goals. Whether it be to boost brain function, increase energy, get better sleep, improve performance and recovery, reduce stress and anxiety, boost your metabolism or improve mental clarity, intuition, creativity & happiness - you will be guided to the breathwork practice that is right for you...at this time!
Some sessions may include light movement to support freeing the breath - expanding your breathing (and life!) potential.

630 - 8 pm Wednesday 16th & Thursday 17th
7 pm - 830 pm Tuesday 22nd
630 - 8 pm Wednesday 23rd
(Should you be unable to attend all the sessions, there is the option of making up that session in the next season.
Zoom meeting login details plus course manual will be sent to all attendees prior to the first session (you'll need to have Zoom downloaded to your device prior if you wish to join online).
