Winter Postural Movement Series - All sessions Pass
Keep your body supple while discovering how to prevent pain & tension returning in this winter movement series.
Over 5 x 2 hr sessions, fortnightly on Saturday afternoons, we will explore how we can better support our bodies from the ground up.
We'll learn detensioning techniques all the way up through the hips and to the neck & shoulders, while improving posture without the effort!
All sessions are exploratory, interactive and awakening to awaken sleepy body parts and provide supported mobility in all joints.
