As we enter into Spring, we mark this as a time for re-birth, renewal, sewing new seeds, blossoming, and transformation.
Join Tina Dewberry, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)®️ Practitioner, and Annelise Remigio, Functional Training Practitioner, for this one-of-a-kind Myofascial Movement & Sisterhood experience.
Firstly, Annelise will guide you to explore your inner space through movement, hydrating tissues, creating fluidity for energy flow and promoting body freedom. Expand into the feeling of open space in the joints and breath, while easing body-wide tension.
We’ll continue to explore our less physical inner space together with our fellow Sisters, honouring and supporting one another in circle. As we sit with heart felt intention, and settle into a space lovingly held by Tina, creative thoughts, plans and actions we want to evoke going forward, begin to emerge.
Both Annelise and Tina are extensively trained in their fields, ensuring you will be in well-equipped, safe and supportive hands.

A little bit about the fascial system of the body – the focus of our movement journey...
Modern Medicine is just starting to unravel the importance and mystery of the fascial network within the human body.
Fascia (connective tissue) is everywhere. It shapes our posture, contains receptors that make us feel and heal, and is a KEY communication network for the body.
Imbalances within the fascial system can lead to a holding of emotion, stress and tension. The old saying “The Issues are in the Tissues” rings true here.
Fascia-focused movement is designed to unblock stuck energy from the body's tissues, enabling emotions (and tensions) that we wish not to carry forward to be processed and released.
Whole-body fascia-focused movement will take both your nervous and fascial systems on a journey of de-tensioning and re-stabilising, leaving you in a state of supported Zen.
