Unexplained Pain?
Whilst the nature of pain can be multi-faceted and caused by a combination of lifestyle factors, posture is a significant piece of the puzzle. A balanced posture can reduce, or often eliminate pain and unnecessary tension in the long term. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that your body is doing the work to hold you upright, without you having to ‘work at it’? Be empowered and supported with structural bodywork, where you can take an active role in creating positive change in your body & life. |
