Breath Mastery Course | SERIES 2 | MARCH 2021
Join us at the Mind Body Heart studio in Wembley to INSPIRE your personal breathwork practice over 4 x sessions, on Monday & Thursday evenings this March, for the very first Breath Mastery Series 2!
Series 2 builds on Series 1* with an emphasis on Resilience & Performance in each of 4 x blissful, yet educational, 1.5 hour sessions.
We will explore aspects of functional breathing such as nasal breathing and breath biomechanics (moving to enhance breathing ability). We also delve into breathing techniques to enhance health, longevity, metabolism, immunity and performance, including breath holds science, fundamentals and practice.
This is the opportunity to optimise your breathing practice to better align the techniques you use with your goals. Whether it be to boost brain function, increase energy, get better sleep, improve performance and recovery, reduce stress and anxiety, boost your metabolism or improve mental clarity, intuition, creativity & happiness - you will be guided to the breathwork practice that is right for you...at this time!
Some sessions may include light movement to support freeing the breath. Prepare for a sensory experience designed to activate neuroplasticity and neurogenesis!

Breath Mastery Series 2 Course Manual will be sent to all attendees prior to the first session.
Continuing students receive 20% off the series following from the course attended, and 50% off to repeat any of the series. B+M members receive 50% off any series :-)
*Series 1 is recommended for those with no experience with breathwork, but beginner breathers will be equally supported in Series 2 :-)
