Breath Mastery Series 1 is designed to introduce you to the incredibly powerful tool, that is always with you, and have you experience ways to use the breath to reduce stress and anxiety, and take back control of your mind, your body and your life!
During this 5 session series, we explore a variety of breathing fundamentals and techniques in each blissful, yet educational 1.5hr session. The course has been LIVE recorded and includes sharing of previous attendees' experiences throughout the course, adding to the richness of learning in an interactive group environment.
Learn what it is to breath functionally, and build the awareness required to bring this effortlessness into your everyday breathing.

Note: We use massage props to assist in opening the breath. These can be purchased through the SHOP tab above. Soft spikey balls are ideal, if you don't have these, tennis balls or other small massage balls (not the hard spikey balls) will be sufficient.
