Join WCY Owner Leah Nylander, and Annelise Remigio, certified Slings Myofascial Trainer for this one of a kind Myofascial Movement & Yin experience.
Annelise will take you through a one of a kind Whole Body Dynamic Stability session designed to wake up your deep core while easing body-wide tension.
Leah's gentle approach to holistic movement will then lead our bodies into bliss with a winding down Yin session to compliment other fascial qualities trained in Annelise's session.
Smart sequencing and whole-body fascia-focused movement will take both your nervous and fascial systems of a journey of de-tensioning and re-stabilising, leaving you in a state of supported Zen.
Annelise's background in the biomechanics of gate (how we walk), postural balance from a myofascial perspective (how we sit, stand and move), as well as her own history of back injuries and back surgery have taught her how to condition the body to have us standing upright with ease!
This masterclass delves into your body’s myofascial core, a major player body-wide, dynamic stabilisation. When the core is not supported to do its job (to stabilise us), the bigger muscle groups take over, when their job is actually to move us. This create unnecessary tension around the hips, neck and shoulders, calves and hamstrings, and can leave u feeling ‘flat’ or compressed.
This masterclass elongates the body from within, with conditioning for ease of movement, adaptability and that spring in your step.
Annelise's expert guidance will have your body moving in a functional way, to enhance your sense of the body's head to toe connection.

The ultimate goal of this masterclass is for you to achieve a deeper understanding of what it takes to hold yourself upright with ease and how to move in ways to eliminate lower back, neck and shoulder tension, while becoming more mobile, flexible and stable.
