Breath Mastery Course Online
All Breath Mastery series are available online, on demand (you'll receive lifetime access!). The courses have been LIVE recorded and includes sharing of previous attendees' experiences throughout the course, adding to the richness of learning in an interactive group environment.
Each series teaches a variety of breath fundamentals and techniques, while also creating space to experience deep meditative states. Each series comprises four blissful yet education sessions, each ~1.5 hours in length.
Some sessions in each series include light movement to support freeing the breath - expanding your body's breathing potential. Expanding the area of fascia (connective tissue) that we can move with directional & intentional breathing, assists a conscious shift of energy and emotions as desired, or required.

Learn what it is to breath functionally, and build the awareness required to bring this effortlessness into your everyday breathing. Observing the breath and becoming mindful of our breathing musculature, bones & tissues is the start of enhancing quality breathing throughout the day.
This is the opportunity to optimise your breathing practice to better align the techniques you use with your goals.
